What is The Food Factory Foodie Collective?

The Food Factory Foodie Collective (NOT a Food Hall!) is coming to Oviedo on the Park, The City of Oviedo Florida's new downtown! The Food Factory Foodie Collective is a collection of smaller (what we call micro-restaurants) encompassing approximately 14,500 square feet of well-designed indoor, covered outdoor, and open air courtyard spaces for fabulous food, drink, games, and entertainment. It consists of seven 800 sf micro-restaurants run by local chefs. Each micro-restaurant has its own full kitchen and menu reflecting imaginative and high caliber fast-fine dining offerings unlike a food hall. The Factory Bar located in the center is a craft cocktail bar offering specialty Space Craft cocktails, non-alcohol drinks, Kid's specialty drinks,and craft beer and wine in an "industrial factory chic" setting. Customers of The Food Factory Foodie Collective may bring any of the micro- restaurants’ food into the bar, which is kid friendly and relax or play board games. Bartu, an outside walk-up bar located in the covered courtyard, services our customers with dogs, kids and those playing games in the courtyard or being entertained.

The Food Factory Foodie Collective concept came from the co-owners' desires to collect the highest caliber of local and International cuisines for people to enjoy with friends, family, kids, and dogs in a unique, experiential setting to foster social and communal interaction. Oviedo on the Park is a perfect location for our unique gathering space, The Food Factory Foodie Collective.
What makes The Food Factory Foodie Collective (NOT a Food Hall!) unique?

Unlike a stand-alone restaurant, food court or food truck park, or food halls with "stalls" and a communal kitchen, The Food Factory Foodie Collective brings together a unique collection of the best local, high end chef-driven, non-franchise artisanal restaurant concepts and food purveyors in one highly walkable destination. Each restaurant has it's own 800 sf full kitchen, not a commissary kitchen like a food hall.

It is surrounded by experiential retail and services that we are calling "Experience Row" including Kidstrong, Purely CBD, and the future development of BarN Beer Garden Pavilion, also available for private events.

The Food Factory Foodie Collective provides a heightened fast fine dining experience to customers looking for "the best of the best” food concepts and chefs in one place with local, global and ethnic varieties of cuisine options.

The Food Factory Foodie Collective is not a food hall. We are the Anti-Food Hall! Along with The Factory Bar, it is much more than a collection of random restaurants and bars; it is a social gathering place for residents of Oviedo on the Park, surrounding Oviedo residents and beyond, providing:
